Terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply to the website, the waitlist, the square (the shared space where players meet) and, once it opens, the game, together "the service". By connecting a wallet, joining the waitlist or using the service in any other way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The game itself is not open yet. When it opens, it may come with further terms for keys, passes, rewards and payments, which we will publish here before they apply.

2. Who may use the service

3. Your wallet and your account

Your account is your wallet. Signing in asks your wallet to sign a short message that names this site; it never moves funds and never costs anything. We never ask for your recovery phrase, private key or any code, and we never message you first. Anyone who does is not us.

You are responsible for your wallet and everything signed with it. We cannot recover a lost wallet, reverse a transaction on a blockchain or restore access to an account whose wallet you no longer control.

4. The waitlist and the draw

5. The square and what you say there

Be decent. Do not post links, wallet addresses, offers, scams, hate, harassment or anything illegal, and do not pretend to be us or anyone else. Names that look official are not allowed. We may hide messages, mute or remove anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

6. Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts or automation, do not exploit bugs, and do not attack, overload or try to get around the limits of the service. If you find a bug, tell us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and remove what was gained by doing so.

7. Collections, rewards and what may change

Values, rewards and mechanics described on this site are part of a game that is still being built, and they may change. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice, and nothing here is an offer of securities. Digital collectibles and tokens can lose all of their value, and blockchain networks can fail, be slow or be expensive to use. Take part only with what you can afford to lose.

8. Your data

We collect as little as the service needs:

Wallet addresses and anything done on a blockchain are public by nature and cannot be deleted by us. Waitlist entries are kept until the draw is settled and the land sale is over. You may ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by writing to the address below.

9. No warranty

The service is provided as it is and as it is available. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for losses caused by wallets, blockchains or third parties, or for losses from interruptions of the service.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; when the changes matter, we will ask you to agree again before you carry on. Questions, requests about your data or reports of a bug or abuse: support@wanderforest.com.
